When Can You Return an Item?

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The item arrived damaged
  • The item is defective
  • The item is significantly different from what was shown on our website

Please note that we do not offer returns for change of mind.


What We Need From You

To process your return, the item must be:

  • Unused and unaltered after you received it
  • With all original tags and labels still attached
  • In its original packaging

You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.


Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • Products with stitched blouses
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Note: Charges for petticoats are non-refundable.


How to Request a Return

  2. Describe the issue and include photos if possible
  3. Wait for our team to review your request

Inspection and Approval

All returns go through inspection by our quality team. We will contact you with the outcome once we receive and review your item.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product first. Once approved, you can place a new order.


Refunds

If your return is approved, we will refund you to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take some extra time to show the refund in your account.If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
